Based on the good (!!) feedback I received from friends on the GM Diet, am now posting here a more practical and realistic diet chart which is easier to follow and implement. All that is required is a little will power, and you will be good to go in applying this.
Remember that a Nutritious Diet is very important even if you are following any approved Weight Loss programs. A balanced diet with all the proteins and nutrients not only helps in preventing weight gain but also helps in the prevention and cure of various diseases.
The Diet Chart below may help you to get Weight Loss quickly. Start by following the simple Guidelines below (recommended Vegetarian only)
1: One cup of Tea or Coffee with a Little Milk coupled with Bread (No Butter, Jam or Sauce)
2: Fresh vegetables like Tomatoes or Fruits.
1: Two or three small Cucumbers (Kakdi), Chana, Mung or Green Salads.
2: Two small Chapatti with Green Vegetable, Sour Milk (Dahi).
3: Small bowl of Rice and Daal can be taken.
1: Soup ( Tomato, Palak and Sweet Corn ) and Papad (dry roasted, not fried) can be taken.
2: One small bowl of a Vegetable and two Chapatti.
It is also important that the above mentioned diets are taken at proper time, avoid eating Dinner after 7:00 pm.
During the day, if you feel hungry, you can have some handful of fresh vegetable salads or some Bhel (plain Bhel - not as Bhel puri) which can help you feel energized.
